​Joe Lane Catering Weekly Healthy Meal Prep service provides healthy options for its customers. Every Monday at multiple gyms in both Parker and Tarrant County like Pop’s Gym, APEC, Inursha Fitness, SMTF, Weatherford Fitness and more, customers can pick up their weeks healthy meals. We also have public pickup locations at Fully Involved Supplements in Weatherford, Fit For Life Overton Ridge and Joe Lane Catering in Aledo with more public pickup locations coming in FW.

​We believe that life is about balance and a healthy diet is a part of that balance. These meals can be customized or ordered from the provided menu. Make the guilt of the pizza or the glass of wine less with these ready to eat healthy meals stocked in your fridge and achieve that balance.
